Dr. Mukesh Arora
Chairman and Managing Director - TerraWorld Group

With over 25 years of experience in research and the mineral & mining industries across more than 40 countries, Dr. Mukesh Arora brings extensive expertise to TerraWorld Group. He holds advanced degrees in Geology, Coal Sedimentology, and Sedimentary Geochemistry. His career includes significant roles at the National Geophysical Research Institute and NMDC Ltd. in India, and leadership positions in Madagascar, Tanzania, and the UAE.

Dr. Arora specializes in Exploration, Mining & Mineral Processing, Project Management, and cross-border Mining Properties Acquisitions. He is a Recognized Qualified Person (RQP) by the Indian Bureau of Mines and Iran Mine House and is an active member of the National Geographic Society and various commercial and technical organizations worldwide.

Dr. Riyaz M.K. Khan

Director and CEO, Terra Reserves Determination Technologies Ltd.

With over 23 years of experience in academics, mineral exploration, and mining, Dr. Riyaz M.K. Khan has worked at NGRI (India), WIHG (India), NMDC Ltd. (India & Tanzania), and MM Mining SA (Togo). His global experience includes India, Madagascar, Tanzania, Togo, Yemen, Niger, Senegal, Oman, Liberia, Myanmar, and Canada.

A recipient of the University Medal (M.Sc) and several Government of India awards, Dr. Khan is a Fellow of the Geological Society of India, Indian Science Congress Association, Indian Society of Applied Geochemists, and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. His doctoral research focused on Banded Iron Formation, and he excels at turning greenfield exploration ventures into successful mining operations.

Mr.Kalyan Sen

Mr. Kalyan Sen's passion for agriculture enabled him to develop a varied range of agricultural practices in Uzbekistan, including date cultivation, aromatic and essential oil farming and extraction, and pulse farming. He has vast underground mining experience. This includes providing technology and execution for mine development, finding mining assets, and securing strategic partners for mine development and operations in India and abroad. Hindustan Copper Ltd in Kolkata and LSP in Ukraine are two examples of such companies.

Kalyan Sen has a solid track record of developing joint ventures and tie-ups in infrastructure projects across the globe, giving him a unique viewpoint and a strong network of industry contacts from his extensive travels.

Mr. Naresh K. Arora Director (Admin & Finance)

Mr. Naresh K. Arora brings over 40 years of extensive experience in marketing, development, and administration within one of India's largest public sector general insurance companies. Throughout his distinguished career, he has adeptly managed a variety of portfolios, excelling in both development and administrative roles. His leadership has driven developmental initiatives across multiple districts in Northern India, demonstrating a profound ability to enhance organizational growth and efficiency.

As Director (Admin & Finance) at our company, Mr. Arora leverages his deep expertise to oversee financial management and administrative operations, ensuring our strategic goals are met with precision and integrity.
